friendly staff free bikes walkable attractions questionable location homeless people breakfast food
i loved the friendly staff. i could even use their bikes for free. traveling around was very convenient. i enjoyed the walkable distance to local attractions.
the location felt questionable. many homeless people were near the hotel. this was very concerning. i also noticed a lack of breakfast foods nearby.

the staff were super friendly and helpful with directions, i loved them! the hotel has complimentary coffee every morning, such a nice perk. plus, i could walk to pike place market and the space needle super easily, this location rocks!
the room was a little smaller than i expected, but honestly, i didn't spend much time there anyway!

the staff was friendly. the rooftop deck is very nice. the bed was more comfortable than average. i found the inner courtyard to be a tranquil space for relaxation. check-in was fast. the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. i walked easily to pike place market. the proximity to the light rail station was especially useful for navigating the city. the location is superb. i walked to pike place. the hotel's proximity to the space needle proved convenient. access to numerous restaurants and shops was very easy.. it simplified my dining choices. the staff were knowledgeable. they helped me navigate the city. the complimentary shuttle service proved valuable for transport to key attractions. i found this service enhanced my overall experience.

the staff responded quickly to requests. free bicycle rentals were available. the rooftop terrace provided ample seating and space. i found the partnership with a car company beneficial, securing safe transportation to and from the airport.
luggage drop-off had limited space and was in the street.

friendly staff helpful front desk convenient storage
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The front desk offered suggestions for local attractions. I appreciated that the hotel stored my bags after my cruise. This allowed me to explore before my evening flight.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It affected my sleep quality. Some soundproofing improvements are needed.
